Now you can send WhatsApp Status video to 30 seconds in India

You can now send videos to WhatsApp Status longer than 15 seconds, videos having duration of 30 seconds now will be allowed again. Previously we saw that WhatsApp limit video status limit to 15 seconds in India and it's probably an initiative to reduce the traffic on the server infrastructures, It is now available on both iPhone and Android in the country. WhatsApp has started rolling out the feature starting today and it should reach all users in a phased manner. Our team already received it.
Previously the messaging platform set the limited video time
duration to be uploaded as Status to 15 seconds cause many users send
video status and for that many time WhatsApp face the lot more
traffic from India. Cause in India there are many smartphone user use
WhatsApp in their phone and in the time of Lockdown they all send
huge amount of video status that’s was really big problem for
any messaging platform like WhatsApp and that’s why they decided to
reduce that time limit to 15 Seconds and now WhatsApp again changed
the limit to 30 Second. Another part that we noticed that WhatsApp
limit the news sharing limit to control false news, cause as per time
changed many users use WhatsApp to spread fake news and for that fake
news many harmful act happened. Facebook-owned
WhatsApp always
tried to control that and stop that so they finally changed the news
sharing limit.
