After Microsoft’s Hololens, which is a pair of mixed reality
smartglasses developed and manufactured by Microsoft. Apple also try
to make their own Apple smart glass which can connected by iPhone and
users can play AR based games on it along with some other several
features. Now lets first understand that why apple wants to release
it cause others great headsets already available in market, and the
answer is Apple wants to capture the next generation market space
which actually based on Mixed Reality platform. That’s mean now
Apple try to improved their Eco-systeam. Apple has been working for
some time on developing its first version of augmented reality
glasses. According to some leaks Apple is expected to launch its
Glasses in 2021 or 2022 itself.
The Glasses will be laminated with multiple layers for the perfect
AR experience. Apple has been steadily building its base to develop
the technology that will support AR-based glasses. Few months back,
it had applied for patents that will display high quality AR images
and mix it with virtual reality. These developments have raised the
prospect of Apple launching AR glasses for quite some time. The
company already has “ARKit” that allows developers to create
resources that will work via AR glasses. The Apple AR headset’s
design can be similar to a Oculus devices. It will feature both AR as
well as VR features with the help of external cameras. The device
will map surroundings including people, furniture, and rooms. And it
will also feature a high-resolution screen capable of merging the
virtual with the real world. The Glasses will also feature lenses
that will darken when in use indicating operation.
