After Australia now Facebook's new Avatars feature rolling out in the USA

Facebook's Avatars
Some weeks ago we saw that Facebook rollout it’s new care icon which is now available for every Facebook user, now Facebook rolling out it’s new Avatars feature which lets you customize a virtual look like character for yourself and it can use as stickers in comments and Messenger chats. Facebook’s Avatars already launched in Australia. The new feature could make Facebook feel more fun, youthful, and visually communicative at a time. Avatars aren’t quite as cute or hip to modern slang as Bitmoji. But they could still become a popular way to add some flare to replies without resorting to cookie-cutter emoticons or cliche GIFs. But the sad part is it's not available in India right now, we need to wait few couple of week or months then it can be drop down in Asia.

Facebook avatars are digital recreations of people, rendered accurately using image processing software and smartphone cameras with depth sensors. These caricatures are akin to Snapchat’s BitMoji and Apple’s Animojis. Facebook Avatars was launched nearly a year ago, but in the latest update which coincides with the U.S. launch will see the introduction of new clothing, hair, skin, and eye tone options.

You can start making an avatar by heading to the comment composer in Facebook or Messenger, tapping the smiley button, then the sticker tab. Choose “create your avatar.”

As per Facebook team - “Avatars enable you to share a range of emotions and expressions via a digital persona that’s uniquely representative of you, so we’re excited to bring this new form of self-expression to more people around the world. There are so many different ways you can use your avatar including in comments, Stories, Messenger—and soon text posts with backgrounds, too. With so many emotions and expressions to choose from, avatars let you to react and engage more authentically with family and friends across the app. It’s important to us that you can personalize your avatar so it represents your unique, authentic self, which is why we’re also adding in a new range of customization, too —such as new hairstyles, complexions, and outfits.”
