Aarogya Setu app now available for Jio phone

The Ministry of
Technology Government of India, on 14th May 2020 informed that the
Govt ready to launched the Arogya Setu app for Jio Phone, to prevent
the spread of Corona virus. The government already has released
Arogya Setu for Android & Apple iphone users. In India, there are
lots of active Jio Phone users cause the Jio phone is a cheap 4G
feature phone in India.
The ministry says that now it will be very
easy to track the Corona virus infection. In earlier, the Government
of India launched Arogya Setu “IVRS” service for feature phones
and landline users.
To know more about
the “IVRS” service or latest information related to the virus
feature phones & landline users need to give a missed call on the
1921 toll-free number.
Aarogya Setu is a
mobile application developed by the Government of India to connect
essential health services with the people of India in our combined
fight against COVID-19. The App is aimed at augmenting the
initiatives of the Government of India, particularly the Department
of Health, in proactively reaching out to and informing the users of
the app regarding risks, best practices and relevant advisories on
the containment of COVID-19.
